Their first duet on stage singing the track 'Shallow' is just incredible and without a doubt the best song in the film, not that there is any bad songs in the film as each one is great. After getting to know each other for a short period, Jack sees potential in Ally as a singer and songwriter. After visiting a bar after one of his concerts, he spots Lady Gagas character Ally singing in a transvestite club.

Telling the story of Coopers character Jack who is an ageing (but still superb) rock and roll/country and western singer but is struggling with drink and drugs. This is something like the fourth version of this story and thanks to the two leads (an amazing Bradley Cooper and revelation Lady Gaga) the film just exceeds anything that you may have been expecting. So, at the time of writing this film is one of those rare occurrences where everyone who has seen it says its great and for me, it was amazing. Avengers: Infinity War was just incredible though, well worth the wait and HAS to be seen in IMAX or the biggest screen possible and as many times as possible. As someone else pointed out, Steve Rogers is todays superhero equivalent of Christopher Reeves Superman and we need more characters like that in movies today than ever before. I only hope that Chris Evans doesn't give up his shield after the final Avengers movie. Its also a shame that Disney are not treating Star Wars with the same respect as they are with Marvel after last years franchise worst with The Last Jedi? Anyway, we have Ant Man and The Wasp, Captain Marvel and then the final Avengers film all coming along next and there is just no end in sight with this franchise' success. DC must surely be thinking about throwing in the towel with their universe as they don't even come anywhere near close to Marvel. But even if its half as good as Infinity War, it will still be incredible. Only characters missing were Hawkeye and Ant Man but rumours around already that they have been working 'behind the scenes' and will no doubt be explained in Part IV next year which if the rumours are to go by involves time travel. What was bad? Honestly, I cant think of anything!!? Even the two and half hour running time seemed to go by in no time at all. The return of the Red Skull (no Hugo Weaving this time round), teaming up Thor with Groot and Rocket was just genius and Thors arrival on Earth was just incredible as he arrives with the only weapon that can destroy Thanos. Highlights in the film (for me anyway) were Captain Americas entrance in the film, in shadow behind a train. Then we get to the end as the Russo brothers wisely go down the route of leaving us with questions as well as getting us to think 'Whats happening here?'. Deaths aplenty in this film with two main characters gone in the first 10 minutes. Needless to say, The Avengers try and stop him any way they can. I'm sure we all the know the story by now but after cameos throughout the past 10 years in some of the movies, villain Thanos takes stage front and centre trying to track down all six Infinity stones from around the galaxy, including two of which are on Earth.

Considering both Joe and Anthony Russo had all these characters to get into a two and a half hour movie while still pleasing the fans was a task in itself, but they have succeeded 100%. Did it work and was it good? It is without a doubt Marvels best film to date and looked absolutely incredible in IMAX and you can tell it was shot entirely with IMAX cameras.

So, after a decade of Marvel movies, this is I supposed what fans were waiting for all this time to see pretty much every character that has been in a Marvel movie together on the big screen.
